My name is Jaime Valcanas . I have had a passion for photography since I can remember. Even as a child, I always had a camera with me.. it may have been a teal-colored “Le Clic” disk camera but I always had one (look it up- it’s a real thing- I promise)!
I attended Fitchburg State College and graduated with a degree in Communications/ Media and a concentration in Photography. Finally in 2015 I decided to start my business.
My favorite subjects to photograph are children- I love capturing their innocence and curiosity. I feel that the candid moments are the most exciting to capture however, I also know how important a good portrait is. I always try to get a little bit of both in every session. Most importantly I want to capture my subjects true personality… and have some fun while doing just that!
I live in Southern, NH with my boyfriend and 2 crazy Lab/Hound pups: Stella & Bode!
A few facts about me…
